The principles behind every plan.
Not a template — a whole-person approach shaped around each individual we serve.
Individual Therapy
One-on-one sessions allow clients to explore personal challenges, develop coping strategies, and work toward specific recovery goals with a licensed therapist.
Group Therapy
Guided peer group sessions provide a safe, supportive environment where individuals can share experiences, build accountability, and develop interpersonal skills
Family Involvement
Family education and counseling are strongly encouraged. When families understand the nature of addiction or mental health conditions, they can offer more meaningful, ongoing support to their loved one.
Relapse Prevention and Life Skills Training
Clients learn to identify triggers, manage stress, and reshape harmful thought patterns. These sessions also help individuals prepare for life after treatment by building practical coping strategies.
Medication Management
For those who benefit from medication, we provide ongoing support to monitor and adjust prescriptions as needed, ensuring alignment with each person’s mental health and recovery goals.
Holistic and Wellness Activities
Our program may also include wellness-focused therapies such as mindfulness, yoga, physical activity, and nutritional education. These practices support overall well-being and help establish healthier routines and habits.

Frequently Asked Questions
We provide a full outpatient continuum: Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and standard Outpatient (OP) — plus integrated Dual Diagnosis care for co-occurring mental health conditions.
They differ in intensity. PHP is our most structured level — several hours a day, most days of the week, while you return home each evening. IOP is more flexible, typically 3–5 days a week for a few hours per session, fitting around work. OP is the lightest level — ongoing sessions that support you as you maintain recovery and reintegrate into daily life.
It depends on where you are right now — how much structure and support you need, and how stable your daily life is. Our admissions team completes a confidential assessment and recommends the right starting point; you’re never left to guess on your own.
No. Your level of care is based on your individual needs, not a fixed starting point. Some clients begin with PHP after detox or inpatient care; others start directly in IOP or OP depending on their situation.
Yes. Our programs are designed as a step-down continuum — many clients move from PHP to IOP to OP as they stabilize, with care adjusting to match their progress at each stage.
No, we don’t offer on-site detox. If you need it first, we coordinate a safe transition with trusted partner providers, then welcome you into PHP, IOP, or outpatient care.
Yes. Every level of care addresses substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions — like anxiety, depression, trauma, or PTSD — together, since long-term recovery depends on treating both.
Contact our admissions team for a confidential assessment. We’ll help determine the right level of care for your situation and often provide admissions within 24 hours.
