Types of Treatment at Lifeline Recovery and Wellness
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP):
PHP is our most intensive level of outpatient care. Participants typically attend treatment for several hours a day, five days per week. This structured schedule offers a clinical foundation similar to inpatient programs while allowing individuals to return home or to a sober living environment at the end of the day. PHP may include individual therapy, group therapy, psychiatric services, medication management, and family education.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP):
IOP provides a step-down level of care from PHP. Clients usually participate in treatment three to five days per week for several hours per session. This level of care helps clients continue building on their recovery while reintegrating into work, school, or other responsibilities. IOP includes individual and group therapy, relapse prevention, coping skills development, and access to holistic wellness activities.
Outpatient Program (OP):
Outpatient care is ideal for individuals transitioning from more intensive services or those with mild to moderate symptoms. OP offers a less frequent therapy schedule while continuing essential clinical support. Clients work closely with their care team to maintain progress and prevent relapse, attending sessions 1 to 3 times per week depending on their needs.
Common components of our program include:

Individual Therapy

Group Therapy

Family Involvement

Relapse Prevention and Life Skills Training
Clients learn to identify triggers, manage stress, and reshape harmful thought patterns. These sessions also help individuals prepare for life after treatment by building practical coping strategies.

Medication Management

Holistic and Wellness Activities
Our program may also include wellness-focused therapies such as mindfulness, yoga, physical activity, and nutritional education. These practices support overall well-being and help establish healthier routines and habits.
Each part of our program is thoughtfully designed to help clients build a strong foundation in recovery while gradually regaining independence. By combining therapy, skill-building, and peer support, we support a smoother transition back to everyday life with the tools needed to sustain lasting change.
